About the role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Building & Construction Senior Associate to join our growing, high performing, friendly and innovative Commercial Disputes team, which services a broad mix of clients including large corporations, SMEs, high net worth individuals, local councils and government.

About you
Our ideal candidate possesses: Ìý
- 5+ years PAE working on a variety of building and construction law matters
including general building and construction disputes and general disputes, with
strong front end experience
- Strong knowledge of tribunal and court practice and procedure
- Knowledge of SOPA legislation and experienced with adjudications (both for claimants and respondents)
- Familiarity and experience with drafting and reviewing standard form and bespoke building contracts and preparing departure schedules
- Working with building experts and report preparation on technical issues
- Insolvency and general commercial disputes experience will be considered
- Commercially astute and client focused
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Strong research and troubleshooting methods
- Excellent time management and ability to work to meet deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
