Supporting clients across Victoria, Queensland, and Tasmania,Ìýwe’reÌýgrowing our Occupational Therapist Team and looking for OT’s whoÌývalue clinical quality, flexibility, and autonomy. You can work with a mixed caseload or specialise in Paediatrics, Adults, Mental Health,ÌýNDISÌýor Aged Care.ÌýÌý

This role suits clinicians who enjoy assessments, report writing, and complex clinical reasoning, and wants the freedom to manage their own caseload or have an incredible supervision program.ÌýÌý

The RoleÌý

We’reÌýlooking for an Occupational Therapists who bring dedication, warmth, and a genuine commitment to supporting clients every step of the way. You will work with a NDIS and Aged Care caseload and have strong admin and clinical support to allow you to focus fully on providing the best care for your clients.Ìý

Your week will typically include:Ìý

  • 3–4 client-facing daysÌý
  • Protected admin time for reports and documentationÌý
  • A flexible hybrid model: work from home if you wish, with in-clinic sessions, training and team events asÌýrequired.Ìý

In this role, you will:Ìý

  • Conduct assessments toÌýdetermineÌýclients’ needs and develop treatment plans.Ìý
  • Complete functional capacity and home environment assessments.Ìý
  • Work with clients to develop goals andÌýobjectivesÌýfor therapy.Ìý
  • Implement therapeutic strategies to support independence in daily living.Ìý
  • Monitor clients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.Ìý
  • Educate clients, families, and support workers on adaptive equipment and strategies.Ìý
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive comprehensive care.Ìý
  • MaintainÌýaccurateÌýand up-to-date records of clients’ progress and reports.Ìý

About YouÌý

  • AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist.Ìý
  • Clinical experience (adults, disability or aged care preferred).Ìý
  • Strong report writing and clinical reasoning skills.Ìý
  • Comfortable working independently withÌýgood timeÌýmanagement.Ìý
  • NDIS screening check (or willing to obtain).Ìý
  • Experience in NDIS or Aged Care is a bonus, but not essential (we’llÌýsupport you every step of the way).ÌýÌý
