- SupportÌýthe Account Managers, State Managers and broader Adviser Services team in managing and developing relationships with financial advisers, dealer groups,ÌýlicenseesÌýand other key intermediary clients.ÌýÌý
- Drive proactive outbound sales activity to generate new adviser engagement,ÌýidentifyÌýprospective businessÌýopportunitiesÌýand support growth across the adviser channel.ÌýÌý
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective adviser relationships through structured calling, disciplinedÌýfollow-upÌýand effective CRM management.ÌýÌý
- Qualify new opportunities by understanding adviser needs, current portfolio construction practices, platform usage, investmentÌýpreferencesÌýand areas where Betashares solutions may add value.ÌýÌý
- Partner with Account Managers and State Managers to convert qualified prospects into meetings, product discussions, portfolioÌýreviewsÌýand ongoing adviser relationships.ÌýÌý
- Use market insights, product education, portfolioÌýanalyticsÌýand implementation ideas to create relevant and value-adding adviser conversations.ÌýÌý
- MaintainÌýaccurateÌýandÌýtimelyÌýrecords of adviser interactions, outbound activity, opportunities, follow-upÌýactionsÌýand meeting outcomes in CRM.ÌýÌý
- Support the preparation and delivery of adviser meetings, including product information, portfolio analytics, fund updates, marketÌýinsightsÌýand relevant follow-up materials.ÌýÌý
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, including investment strategy, portfolio analytics,ÌýmarketingÌýand client services, to ensure adviser engagement isÌýtimely,ÌýrelevantÌýand aligned to business priorities.ÌýÌý
- Contribute to agreed sales activity measures, including adviser conversations, outbound calls, meeting generation, opportunityÌýcreationÌýand follow-up completion.ÌýÌý
- Develop a strong working knowledge of Betashares’ product range, investment solutions, adviserÌýtoolsÌýand market positioning to support high-quality client engagement.ÌýÌý
- AssistingÌýin the planning and management of client events conducted by the broader team, including potential requirements for interstate travel to attend such eventsÌý
- Represent Betashares professionally in all adviser interactions, ensuring communications areÌýaccurate,ÌýcompliantÌýand consistent with the firm’s client-first approach.Ìý
