In this role, you will touch every part of the production process – from raw files through to finished, published content – and grow with the team as our output expands.ÌýÌý

Key ResponsibilitiesÌý
AudioÌý& VideoÌýEditing SupportÌý
- AssistÌýwith recording,ÌýeditingÌýand mixing podcast episodes under the guidance of the senior Audio Editor.Ìý
- Learn andÌýoperateÌýediting tools including Adobe Audition and Premiere Pro.Ìý
- Edit short-form and long-form video content for YouTube, Instagram,ÌýTikTokÌýand other platforms.Ìý
- Cut and sequence footage, add captions, graphics, lowerÌýthirdsÌýand music.Ìý
Post-ProductionÌý& PublishingÌýÌý
- EffectivelyÌýprioritiseÌýtasks toÌýensureÌýtimelyÌýdelivery of episodes and clips.Ìý
- AssistÌýwith writing andÌýformattingÌýshow notes, videoÌýdescriptionsÌýand metadata.Ìý
- Support the upload and scheduling of content across hosting platforms (Acast,ÌýYouTubeÌýand social channels).Ìý
- Ensure all assets are correctly tagged and filed for easy retrieval.Ìý
Collaboration & LearningÌý
- Work closely with the production and content team, learning from experienced practitioners every day.Ìý
- Join in on broader team discussions about content strategy, audienceÌýfeedbackÌýand platform trends.Ìý
- Be proactive in raising ideas and solutions as your confidence and skills grow.Ìý
- Support coordination with hosts and guests.Ìý

We are looking for someone who is curious, eager toÌýlearnÌýand ready to roll up their sleeves. You do not need years of experience – you need the right attitude and a genuine interest in media,ÌýfinanceÌýand storytelling.Ìý
- Exposure to audio or video editing, whether through study, personalÌýprojectsÌýorÌýpreviousÌýwork.Ìý
- Familiarity with editing tools such as Adobe Audition, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Descript or similar.Ìý
- OrganisedÌýand reliable, with the ability to manage tasks and deadlines.Ìý
- Passionate about media and content creation – you consume it, you think about it, you want to make it.Ìý
- Collaborative and positive, with a willingness to take direction and grow.Ìý
- Interest in finance,ÌýinvestingÌýor personal finance is a real bonus.Ìý
