About the Role
As Regional Manager in NSW, you will lead a portfolio of 11 boutiques across Metro and Regional
locations, driving performance while building engaged, high-performing teams. Reporting to the Head of Retail, you will lead from the frontline – coaching Store Managers, strengthening customer experience, and ensuring operational excellence across your region.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Regional Performance
- Drive sales and profitability, achieving and exceeding KPIs
- Analyse performance trends and implement strategies to maximise results
People Leadership
- Coach, lead and mentor Store Managers to develop strong, capable teams
- Recruit, onboard and build talent pipelines for future growth
- Lead performance, development and succession planning across your region
Customer Experience
- Foster a culture of exceptional, personalised customer service
- Support teams to build lasting customer relationships and loyalty
Operations Brand Standards
- Ensure consistency in retail operations, visual merchandising and brand presentation
- Oversee stock management, stocktakes and loss prevention
- Support new store openings, events and business initiatives
Collaboration & Growth
- Partner with fellow Regional Managers and Support Office to achieve business goals
- Share insights to influence strategy and continuous improvement
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years’ experience in a multi-site or regional retail leadership role
- Proven ability to drive sales and lead high-performing teams
- Strong leadership, coaching and influencing skills
- A hands-on approach with the ability to work across multiple priorities
