Boody is looking for a new Brand Marketing Specialist!
As our Brand Marketing Specialist, you will support the Brand Marketing Manager across all areas of Brand Marketing activity to help bring Boody’s storytelling to life. This role is hands-on, fast-paced and varied, providing day-to-day execution and creative input across campaigns, partnerships, content creation, events, PR and brand communications. You’ll collaborate closely with the Social Media, PR, Creative, Digital and Product teams, to ensure brand initiatives are well executed and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What is this role all about?
Campaign Support and Brand Coordination
- Collaborate with the Brand & Marketing Manager to support the development and implementation of a clear strategy across Brand owned channels that genuinely connects with new audiences and re-engages our existing community.
- Support end-to-end delivery of brand and product campaigns across Boody’s global markets.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, content delivery, asset tracking and reporting.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure all campaign elements are delivered on time and on brand.
- Support in preparing creative briefs and collating feedback for designers, photographers and agencies.
- Support the management of our Marketing Calendar to ensure strong alignment across business priorities and launches.
- Support with monthly brand reporting and insights gathering.
- Conduct market research and competitor tracking to inform campaign ideation.
- Support with Social Media initiatives and content shoots, including appearing in content where required, planning, on-set assistance, product sample organisation and shoot coordination, and other preparation activities to ensure smooth execution.
Brand Partnerships, Events and Activations
- Support the planning and execution of brand partnerships, events and activations that grow awareness and engagement, deepening brand love in the local market whilst fostering growth across rest of world.
- Identify and research potential talent and brand partnership opportunities, and assist with outreach, logistics and post-event reporting.
- Support rate negotiation and talent contract management for brand partnerships, events/activations and campaigns.
- Coordinate event materials, signage and product requirements.
- Confidence in briefing and challenging brand partners/vendors/external suppliers to drive impactful and brand-aligned results.
Content and Copywriting
- Write and edit engaging, brand-aligned copy for social, digital, email and campaign materials.
- Oversee proofreading and quality assurance of marketing assets to ensure consistency across brand identity, messaging and tone of voice.
- Contribute creative ideas and help bring storytelling concepts to life across channels.
We’re looking for:
- 3+ years of Brand Marketing experience in an ecommerce or retail environment
- Strong writing and communication skills with a passion for brand storytelling and connecting with customers.
- Excellent communication, organisation and time management
- A creative thinker who enjoys bringing creative ideas to life through cross-functional collaboration and taking initiative
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, purpose-driven business
