We’re looking for an ambitious and experienced 2IC – Sales Consultant who’s ready to take the next step in their sales career by combining strong sales performance with leadership support responsibilities. This is your chance to combine exceptional selling skills with team mentoring, operational support and hands-on leadership alongside dealership management.
Key Qualifications:
- Hold an unrestricted WA Driver’s Licence.
- Have a current WA Salesperson Licence.
- Previous automotive sales experience
- Proven ability to consistently achieve KPIs and sales targets.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to support and motivate a sales team.
- Self-motivated, professional and driven for success.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Be a positive team player with a hands-on attitude.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting customers.
- Identifying customers’ buying needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Assisting in leading and supporting the sales team alongside management.
- Coaching and mentoring junior sales staff where required.
- Logging and tracking enquiries.
- Managing customer follow-up and appointment bookings.
- Supporting the implementation of dealership sales processes and standards.
- Assisting with day-to-day dealership operations and presentation.
- Achieving individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
