About the Role

Burton Demolition is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Project Manager to join our growing Demolition team in Burton SA.

This role is responsible for managing demolition projects from initial pricing and tender stage through to successful project delivery and completion. You will play a key role in estimating works, preparing quotations and tenders, coordinating project delivery, and maintaining strong client relationships.

This position suits someone who enjoys taking ownership of projects end-to-end and can confidently balance estimating, operational coordination, client communication, and commercial outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Preparing estimates, quotations, and tender submissions
• Reviewing plans, specifications, and scope of works
• Managing projects from award through to completion
• Coordinating labour, subcontractors, plant, and equipment
• Monitoring budgets, timelines, project costs, and variations
• Attending site inspections and liaising with clients
• Ensuring projects comply with demolition and WHS requirements
• Managing multiple tenders and projects within required deadlines
• Identifying practical solutions to operational challenges
• Supporting the continued growth and reputation of Burton Demolition

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in demolition, construction, civil, or related industries
• Strong project management and estimating capability
• Ability to read and interpret commercial and residential plans
• Experience preparing quotes, tenders, and submissions
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Commercial awareness and problem-solving ability
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of outcomes
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and project management systems
