Burton Demolition is looking for a motivated and organised Customer Service Administrator to join our growing team in Burton SA. As the first point of contact for customer enquiries, you’ll play an important role in supporting our team by managing enquiries, coordinating quote information, assisting with variations and delivering outstanding customer service throughout the customer journey. This is a fast-paced and varied role suited to someone who enjoys communication, administration and working closely with both customers and internal teams.
The Role
As the first point of contact for customers, you’ll manage incoming enquiries via phone, email and website, gathering the right information to prepare detailed job descriptions for our team to quote accurately.
You will also assist with processing and coordinating variations where additional works or costs arise after agreements have been approved, ensuring all information is communicated clearly and accurately to customers and internal teams.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, administration and coordinating information in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and website
- Gather and review customer information to prepare detailed requirement for quotes to be prepared.
- Provide customers with general information, process guidance and indicative timeframes
- Follow up enquiries and maintain communication throughout the quoting process
- Assist with processing variations and additional costing requirements after agreements have been signed
- Liaise with Operation teams regarding additional works, scope changes and customer approvals for pre-quote and post-quote.
- Maintain accurate customer records and job information
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow
- Deliver professional and friendly customer service at all times
