ÌýReporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will focus on driving new business and closing high-quality opportunities. Key responsibilities:
- Generate leads and book client appointments
- Attend warm + qualified appointments provided by inbound/outbound teams
- Identify client needs and tailor solutions
- Present proposals and close new business
- Build strong client relationships for repeat & referral business
- Act as a brand ambassador in the market
- Contribute to a high-energy, positive team culture
✅ About You
We’re looking for motivated, consultative sales professionals who want to maximise their earning potential.You will have:
- Proven experience in sales (BDM or phone-based sales highly regarded)
- Strong drive to meet & exceed targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to influence and build rapport quickly
- A solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving ability
- Current driver’s licence
- A positive attitude and professional approach
Telecommunications experience is beneficial but not essential — we hire for attitude and train for
skill.
