The role

  • Represent Clarendon Homes at the Providence display centre
  • Manage the full customer journey from enquiry through to signed contract
  • Work with both greenfield and knockdown rebuild customers
  • Build strong customer relationships and deliver a premium sales experience
  • Confidently present home designs, inclusions and upgrade options
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets in a high-demand environment

About you

  • Proven experience in residential new home sales
  • Previous experience with knockdown rebuild salesÌýwill be highly regarded
  • Strong understanding of the marketÌýpreferred
  • Excellent communication, presentation and closing skills
  • Results-driven, organised and self-motivated
  • Professional approach with a customer-first mindset
  • Able to thrive in a busy, high-performing display environmentÌý
