In this role, your focus will beÌýscheduling appointments for our fire technicians to ensureÌýhundreds of ourÌýclient’sÌýsites have compliantÌýfire safety assets.ÌýÌý
The RoleÌý
Reporting to theÌýVictorian Service Manager, you will manage the end-to-end scheduling of fire maintenance servicesÌýfor one of our largest government accounts.ÌýYour day-to-day focus is onÌýensuring the fire technicians are scheduled between 1 to 3 weeks out at locations across the state.ÌýÌý
Key Responsibilities:Ìý
- Scheduling:ÌýCoordinate andÌýallocateÌýdryÌýfire service work orders toÌýinternal fireÌýtechs andÌýcontractors.Ìý
- System Integrity:ÌýMaintainÌýtheÌýUptickÌýsystem to ensure allÌýservicing dataÌýisÌýaccurateÌýandÌýup-to-date.Ìý
- Service Level AgreementÌýManagement:ÌýEnsure allÌýscheduling meets agreed SLA’s as per the contractÌýÌý
- Stock Management:ÌýReceipting,ÌýallocatingÌýand tracking stock for the contractÌýÌýÌý
About YouÌý
You are highly organisedÌýwith a background in either serviceÌýcoordination/scheduling OR fire servicing. You have strong people skills with the ability to get the technicians on side, whilst ensuring efficiency and compliance with scheduling obligations. Specifically, you are:ÌýÌý
- StrongÌýScheduler:ÌýPreviousÌýexperience in Service Coordination, Scheduling, or Contract Administration (Facilities, Fire, or Construction background isÌýhighlyÌýadvantageous).Ìý
- Process Driven:ÌýYou have a strong drive for success and experience managing high-volume administration withÌýexcellent attention to detail.Ìý
- Tech Proficient:ÌýSkilled in MS Office (Excel is essential) andÌýother scheduling or project management software;Ìýexperience with CMMS platforms is a plus.Ìý
- Resourceful & Independent:ÌýA team player who can also work autonomously and use initiative to solve scheduling conflicts.Ìý
- Strong Communicator:ÌýExcellent interpersonal skills, capable of managing expectations with both technicians andÌýclientÌýcontactsÌýÌý
