About the Role:

As an OOSH Educator, you will:

βœ… Plan and implement creative and engaging activities for children

βœ… Supervise and support children during play and learning activities

βœ… Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues

βœ… Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment

As a Team Leader, you will:

βœ… Lead and support a team of educators to deliver high-quality programs

βœ… Assist with rostering, compliance, and program development

βœ… Foster a positive, inclusive, and fun learning environment

What We’re Looking For:

Requirements:

βœ… No formal qualifications required (Approved OOSH/Early Childhood qualifications desirable)

βœ… Working with Children Check (WWCC) – mandatory before starting

βœ… Provide First Aid in an education and care setting HLTAID012 – Mandatory before starting

βœ… Previous experience working with children – desirable

βœ… Identify & Report Children & Young People at Risk CHCPRT025 – desirable
