1) Heritage Hotel – Sous Chef – (Toodyay – WA)

Sous Chef required to support the Head Chef and team with daily operations of the kitchen, including prep/service of a busy, fast paced tavern/pub, ensuring consistent standards across all services. Maintaining Food Safety, hygiene and workplace safety and supporting the head chef with menu planning, stock control, ordering, and cost management.

Salary: $80K – $85K a year.

2) Italian Restaurant – Sous/Senior Chef – (Leederville – WA)

Sous/Senior Chef required for an Italian Bistro, previous experience required. Ideal Candidate will have previous experience in traditional Italian dishes and techniques, requires to support the Head Chef in leading a small team in prep/service, maintaining quality and ensuring smooth daily operations of the kitchen.

Salary: $90K plus Super
