Circl Group is looking for an experienced ¹ó¾±±ð±ô»åÌý³§³Ü±è±ð°ù±¹¾±²õ´Ç°ù to oversee installation and service works across multiple client sites. This role sits between project management and field teams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high technical standard.

You will lead technicians and subcontractors while maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring quality, safety, and compliance across all works.

Key Responsibilities

• ³§³Ü±è±ð°ù±¹¾±²õ±ðÌýinstallation, commissioning, and service activities across multiple sites
• °ä´Ç´Ç°ù»å¾±²Ô²¹³Ù±ðÌýtechnician schedules and monitor project progress
• ±Ê°ù´Ç±¹¾±»å±ðÌýtechnical support and on-site problem solving
• Lead and mentor technicians and subcontractors
• °ä´Ç²Ô»å³Ü³¦³ÙÌýtoolbox talks, safety briefings, and site risk assessments
• ±Ê±ð°ù´Ú´Ç°ù³¾Ìýfield quality audits and commissioning checks
• ²Ñ²¹²Ô²¹²µ±ðÌýcomplaints, escalations, and client communication
• Ensure works meet WHS/OHS, technical standards, and client expectations

About the Role

This is a hybrid role supporting installation and service work across our:

• Retail products & services division
• Minor project works
• Residential/B2C technical services

Projects span AV & Audio, appliances, telecommunications, and technical service work across corporate, retail, hospitality, education, government, and residential sites.

The role includes site travel, remote supervision, and occasional after-hours work when required.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience supervising field technicians or installation teams
• Technical background in AV, telecommunications, electrical, or related trades
• Ability to read plans and technical drawings
• ³§³Ù°ù´Ç²Ô²µÌýcommunication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
• °ä³Ü°ù°ù±ð²Ô³ÙÌýdriver’s licence
