We are now seeking a Service Advisor to join our team and become part of our wider Coastal Auto Group service network.

About the Role
As a Service Advisor, you are the key link between our customers and our highly skilled workshop technicians. You will guide customers through their vehicle service journey, ensuring they feel informed, supported and confident every step of the way.
You will play a vital role in delivering the high-quality, customer-focused experience that Coastal Auto Group is known for.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assess their vehicle service needs
- Discuss vehicle concerns and explain recommended repairs and maintenance
- Provide clear estimates on cost and completion time
- Schedule and manage service bookings
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
- Liaise with technicians to ensure efficient workflow
- Upsell appropriate service items and manufacturer-recommended work
- Handle enquiries and concerns with professionalism and care
- Maintain accurate customer and job records using dealership systems
About You
- Previous dealership Service Advisor experience is an advantage, but not essential
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Well-organised with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Professional, friendly and solution-focused
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
