We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Senior Customer Service Representative to support the Branch Manager in an Assistant Branch Manager support role, helping with the day-to-day running of the branch while also supporting the team with a mix of office and on-the-road tasks. You’ll help deliver and collect vehicles, prepare them for customers, assist with branch operations and administration, and ensure every customer has a smooth, positive experience.Ìý

What You’ll Be DoingÌýÌý
- Ensure the smooth delivery and retrieval of vehicles for customers, aligning with both the Company’s and customers’ expectations.Ìý
- Providing support to the Branch Manager in team management issues.ÌýÌý
- Be the escalation point for any day-to-day issues that need addressing urgently in the absence of a manager.Ìý
What You’ll BringÌýÌý
- Preferred experience in a similar role or within the automotive industry.ÌýÌý
- A full and clean driver’s license, a motorbike license is an advantage but not a necessity.Ìý
- Physically able to wash and prepare vehicles for deliveryÌýÌý
- Exceptional customer service skills with at least one year of experience in a customer service role.ÌýÌý
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.ÌýÌý
- Able to solve problems in a fast-paced environment.ÌýÌý
- Strong organisational and time management skills.ÌýÌý
