What You’ll Be Doing

As State Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading the WA Sales and Logistics teams while overseeing operational performance, commercial outcomes, and business growth across the region. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on driving performance, strengthening partnerships, and ensuring operational excellence across all WA locations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing the WA Sales and Logistics teams, including coaching, performance management, and team development
  • Managing the WA P&L, sales performance, and operational outcomes across the region
  • Driving local sales strategy initiatives to support business growth and partner retention
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
  • Overseeing depot operations, resource allocation, forecasting, and service delivery standards
  • Monitoring team performance, KPIs, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiencies
  • Collaborating with internal departments to ensure alignment across sales, logistics, and operational functions
  • Supporting a high-performance culture through leadership, accountability, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Working closely with the National Sales Director and COO to support broader business objectives and strategic priorities

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum five years’ experience in senior-level sales and/or logistics management
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and drive operational and commercial outcomes
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L, KPIs, forecasting, and reporting
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
  • Confident leadership style with strong coaching, communication, and team development skills
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and time management capabilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and operational functions
  • Experience within automotive, logistics, or insurance industries will be highly regarded
  • Current unrestricted Australian driver’s licence required
