About the role:

We are looking for a Technical Solutions Manager to join our Digital Technology team.

You will be responsible for managing the design, development, integration, and ongoing improvement of technical solutions that support the organisation’s business objectives.

This role ensures that technology solutions are aligned with organisational strategy and acts as a key liaison between technical teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital products and systems. 

You will manage end-to-end oversight of technical business projects and solutions, collaborating with stakeholders and technical team members to proficiently map, analyse, and document processes and projects.

You will be someone who is:

  • A strong analytical thinker and problem solver
  • Relationship-focused, with the ability to build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and competing priorities
  • Collaborative, with a team-focused mindset
  • An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively translate technical information for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented, with strong accuracy in data and reporting

You will have:

  • Tertiary Qualifications in Information Technology or a related field, or substantial demonstrated experience in a similar role
  • Significant experience (5+ years) in technical documentation, systems integration and software development within complex organisational environments
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365 and Jira
  • IT project coordination skills to ensure key IT project deliverables are met
  • Highly developed research skills, supported by excellent documentation and presentation capabilities
  • A solid understanding of security, compliance, and data governance requirements in technical solution delivery
