This role is within our 3PL Warehousing as the Outbound Supervisor in our Dandenong South Facility

Supervise your team to ensure:

• Ensure pre-start check is undertaken before use of forklift and other equipment certifying the equipment is in good working order.
• • Operate forklifts and other machinery safely and in accordance with policies and procedures.
• 3PL Experience
• Review consignment notes and provide feedback to Supervisors on quality/issues.
• Match freight and connotes no miss-sorted or miss-loaded freight.
• Report all incidents of damage, shortages, split consignments, etc. to the supervisor in a timely manner.
• Record dunnage as per procedure and ensure load restraint equipment is correctly allocated.
• Ensure the yard is kept organised and tidy.
• Work toward a target of zero near-miss incidents or accidents.
• Any other reasonable tasks or projects as requested by your manager.
