We are a modern Japanese restaurant and bar located in the heart of Sydney CBD and close to public transport. Inspired by modern Japanese aesthetics and architecture, our venue holds a multilayered bar and dining experience.
Essential:
- Interest in Japanese Mixology / Culture
- Previous experience in Bartending
- Must be available weekends (Fri/Sat)
- Attention to detail and excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Have full Australian working rights
- Valid NSW RSA
Duties include:
- Cocktail Making
- Prepping
- Floor Service
