About the Role

D1 Store is one of Australia’s leading DJI resellers. We hold ourselves to a high standard — we represent one of the world’s top technology brands, and that shows in who we hire.

We’re looking for a Product Specialist for our Carindale store. This is a customer-facing sales role. You’ll be on the floor helping customers find the right product, hitting your KPIs, and contributing to the team’s overall performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Engage customers and guide them through our product range to find the right solution for their needs
  • Drive sales and consistently meet individual KPIs
  • Contribute to team targets — not just your own numbers
  • Maintain product displays and keep the floor well-organised
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally, including complaints
  • Support new staff with product knowledge as needed

What We’re Looking For

Experience

  • Around 1 or more years of retail experience, ideally in consumer electronics

Track Record

  • Demonstrated history of hitting KPIs in previous roles
  • Evidence of contributing to team performance, not just individual output
  • Personal goals or achievements that show you’re motivated beyond the minimum
