About the role:
We’re looking for an experienced Dental Assistant who brings strong clinical knowledge, initiative, and a calm, patient-focused approach to every interaction.
Working closely with our clinicians, you’ll play an integral role in delivering seamless care across a range of general, cosmetic, and surgical treatments while contributing to the smooth operation of the practice.
You will:
- Provide high-level chairside assistance across a variety of procedures
- Deliver a premium patient experience with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Maintain exceptional infection control and sterilisation standards
- Anticipate clinician needs and support efficient treatment flow
- Assist with patient coordination, clinical records, and administrative support where required
- Contribute positively to a collaborative, high-performing team culture
You’ll succeed in this role if you:
- Have 1+ years experience as a Dental Assistant in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Hold a Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting (highly regarded)
- Are confident supporting a range of dental procedures
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Are highly organised, proactive, and reliable
- Take pride in maintaining exceptional clinical and presentation standards
- Are confident using digital systems and adapting to modern technology
- Value teamwork, accountability, and continuous growth
