We’re looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead our payrollÌýandÌýfinance operations across the business. This is a hands-on leadership role and a key member of DCA’s ExecutiveÌýLeadershipÌýTeam, contributing to strategic planning, operational decision-making, and organisation-wide improvement initiatives.Ìý

About the RoleÌý

This role oversees:Ìý

  • Payroll compliance and processingÌýÌý
  • Accounts payable and receivableÌýÌý
  • Financial reporting and audit preparationÌýÌý
  • Finance systems and process improvementÌýÌý
  • Leadership and support of finance administration staffÌýÌý
  • Participation in executive leadership and organisational planningÌýÌý

You’ll be someone who enjoys balancing detail with problem solving and can confidently manage competing priorities in a busy operational environment.Ìý

What You’ll BringÌý

We’re looking for someone with:Ìý

  • 5+ years’ÌýexperienceÌýin payroll and finance managementÌýÌý
  • Relevant qualification in Accounting, Business or Finance at AQF Level 7 or HigherÌý
  • Strong knowledge of SCHADS Award complianceÌýor understanding of modern award interpretationÌýÌý
  • Advanced skills using Xero, 2CloudNine Payroll, Lumary/Salesforce, and Microsoft ExcelÌýor Similar SystemsÌý
  • Strong organisational and leadership skillsÌýÌý
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detailÌýÌý
  • Confidence working with sensitive financial informationÌýÌý
  • The ability to contribute positively within an executive leadership environmentÌýÌý

You’ll also need:Ìý

  • NDIS Worker Screening CheckÌýÌý
  • NDIS Orientation ModuleÌýÌý

Candidates with experience in the NDIS, TAC or WorkSafe Attendant CareÌýindustryÌýwithin a registered NDISÌýBusiness are highly encouraged to apply.Ìý
