The Role
Based in Sydney CBD, you’ll help manage and optimise efex’s digital demand generation activity, supporting everything from campaign execution and marketing automation through to reporting, analytics, and conversion optimisation.
You’ll work closely with marketing, sales, and external partners to turn strategy into measurable outcomes, ensuring campaigns, channels, and customer journeys are continuously improving and delivering results.
What You’ll Be Doing
Support digital campaigns & lead generation
- Build and execute multi-channel digital campaigns across key marketing channels
- Support lead nurture programs and customer journey automation
- Assist with campaign planning, audience targeting, and campaign execution
- Monitor, test, and optimise campaign performance to improve ROI and conversion outcomes
Manage marketing systems & automation
- Support and maintain the martech stack and marketing automation workflows
- Assist with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud integrations and processes
- Maintain tracking, tagging, and CRM data integrity across platforms
- Help improve reporting and attribution across campaigns and channels
Drive reporting & performance insights
- Build and maintain performance reporting dashboards and campaign analysis
- Identify opportunities to improve lead quality, campaign performance, and conversion pathways
- Use data and insights to support ongoing optimisation across digital activity
Support website & digital experience improvements
- Assist with website updates, landing page optimisation, and CRO initiatives
- Help improve digital user journeys and website engagement
About You
- 3 – 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or demand generation
- Experience in IT, MSP, tech, or B2B services environments highly regarded
- Hands-on experience across digital marketing channels, email nurture, and campaign optimisation
- Experience using Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred
- Familiar with marketing automation, CRM integrations, tracking, and reporting tools
- Confident working with campaign data, analytics, and performance insights
- Commercially minded with a practical, hands-on approach
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
