The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Salesforce Developer with strong Marketing Cloud experience and proven expertise in Agentforce to support and evolve our Salesforce platform as part of efex’s Digital Transformation journey.

This role also requires the ability to backfill and support Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, ensuring platform stability and continuity across the business. Based in the Sydney CBD.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build Agentforce and AI‑assisted Salesforce solutions.
• Develop and optimise Marketing Cloud journeys and automations.
• Support and enhance Service Cloud and Sales CloudÌý³¦´Ç²Ô´Ú¾±²µ³Ü°ù²¹³Ù¾±´Ç²Ô²õ.
• Build solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.
• Gather requirements and deliver scalable, best‑practice solutions.
• Support releases, environments, data quality, and platform governance.

About You

• 3+ years’ hands‑on Salesforce experience (Admin or Developer).
• Strong experience with Marketing Cloud.
• Very strong experience with Agentforce or Salesforce AI solutions.
• Solid capability across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Salesforce Administrator certification required (additional certs a bonus).
• Strong communicator with a solution‑focused mindset.
