With a national footprint and continued growth, we’re investing heavily in better systems, smarter reporting, and stronger commercial decision-making, and we’re looking for a Finance Business Analyst to help drive that evolution.
This is a highly visible role sitting within our Finance team, partnering closely with the Group Reporting & Analytics Manager and stakeholders across operations, development, projects, and people & culture. You’ll turn complex data into meaningful insights that support strategic decisions across the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing dashboards and automated reporting across tools like Power BI, Jedox and Business Central
- Building financial models to support acquisitions, portfolio optimisation and scenario analysis
- Delivering operational and workforce insights that help leaders make faster, better decisions
- Streamlining reporting processes through automation and AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Claude
- Partnering with stakeholders across the business to translate problems into practical reporting solutions
- Supporting data governance, system integration and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
You’re analytically sharp, commercially curious, and enjoy making sense of complex or imperfect data environments. You can confidently communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and you care as much about usability and outcomes as you do the numbers behind them.
You’ll likely bring:
- 3-5 years’ experience in finance analytics, BI, commercial analysis or business intelligence
- Strong Power BI / Tableau, Excel and financial modelling capability
- Experience working with ERP systems and large datasets
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Exposure to SQL, Python or automation tools (highly regarded)
- A proactive mindset with a genuine drive for improvement
