The RoleÌý

We’reÌýlooking for an experiencedÌýMDA Product & Service Delivery ManagerÌýto join Evidentia Group. The role sits within the Implemented Portfolios (IPL) businessÌýandÌýis responsible forÌýthe end-to-end management, delivery, and ongoing enhancement of our Managed Discretionary Account (MDA) products and services.Ìý

This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in managed accounts, product management, or wealth management who enjoys working across multiple business functions to deliver exceptional adviser and client outcomes.ÌýYou’llÌýwork closely with Product, Investment, Adviser Services, Operations, Technology, Compliance, Marketing, and external service providers to ensure ourÌýgrowingÌýMDA offeringÌýremainsÌýefficient, scalable, compliant, and aligned with evolving business and regulatory requirements.Ìý

ResponsibilitiesÌý

  • Manage the day-to-day operational delivery ofÌýEvidentia’sÌýMDA products and servicesÌý
  • Coordinate product governance activities and support ongoing product oversightÌý
  • Lead product enhancements from concept through to implementation across multiple stakeholdersÌý
  • Maintain product documentation and manage product lifecycle events, including updates and regulatory changesÌý
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects to support new initiatives, productÌýlaunchesÌýand business prioritiesÌý
  • Oversee the onboarding of advisers, investment managers, platforms, and service providersÌý
  • Produce management reporting, product reporting, and operational insights to support business decision-makingÌý
  • Support business development initiatives by ensuring product readiness and operational excellenceÌý
  • IdentifyÌýopportunities to improve processes, workflows, and technology to support business growthÌý
  • Monitor operational risks relating to product delivery and recommendÌýappropriate controlsÌýand improvementsÌý
  • Ensure operational readiness for legislative and regulatory changesÌýimpactingÌýMDA servicesÌý
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external advisers, platforms, custodians, and service providersÌý

Skills & ExperienceÌý

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in managed accounts, wealth management, product management, investment operations, platforms, or a similar financial services roleÌý
  • Demonstrated experience managing or supporting Managed Discretionary Account (MDA) products or similar investmentÌýand/or platformÌýsolutionsÌý
  • Strong understanding of the regulatory environment, including the Corporations Act, AFSL obligations, and MDA governance requirementsÌý
  • Experience working with financial advisers, investment professionals, administration platforms, and custodial modelsÌý
  • Proven ability to manageÌýand deliverÌýcross-functional projects and multiple stakeholders simultaneouslyÌý
  • Strong project management, organisational, and prioritisation skillsÌý
  • Excellent written communication skills with experience preparing product documentation and governance materialsÌý
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvementÌý
  • High attention to detail and a disciplined approach to governance, risk management, and operational controlsÌý
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and ExcelÌý
  • Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and the ability toÌýmaintainÌýconfidentialityÌý
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentÌý
