What the Job Actually Looks Like

You’ll be on the factory floor building custom cabinetry – operating machinery, assembling components, measuring, inspecting and making sure quality stays consistent before it leaves the line. The work is physical, detail-oriented, and you’ll see exactly what you’ve built at the end of every day.

• Operating production machinery safely
• Assembly using hand and power tools
• Measuring and inspecting finished cabinetry
• Focus on delivering high quality 
• Clean and WHS compliant work spaces

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly
• Handy with tools and comfortable around machinery
• Detail-oriented – you notice when something’s not right
• Cabinet making trade a bonus, not a requirement
• Willing to learn and work well with a team
