Fetch Recruitment is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant – with the opportunity for the right person to step into a Team Lead position – to take ownership of one of our highest performing desks in the Construction division. This opportunity is brought about by retirement, and the desk speaks for itself: over a decade of active client relationships, consistent job flow, and a strong candidate database ready to hit the ground running.Ìý
You will be joining a high-performing construction team of 5 consultants, within a broader permanent recruitment team of 10, working alongside experienced recruiters who have strong reputationsÌýand vast amount of knowledgeÌýin the industry.Ìý
The RoleÌý
This is a 360-degree recruitment role, where you will manage the full recruitment process from client engagement through to candidate placement.ÌýYou will inherit existing clients and active roles, providingÌýa strong foundationÌýto deliver quality placements while also growing the desk through business development and new client relationships. You will work closely with an experienced construction team and have access to Fetch’s established database and networks, while taking ownership of your desk and driving its continued success.Ìý
KeyÌýResponsibilitiesÌý
- Manage andÌýmaintainÌýexisting client relationships across the construction industryÌý
- Recruit permanent white collar construction candidatesÌý
- Run a 360-degree recruitment desk, including candidate sourcing, screening, client management, and placement deliveryÌý
- IdentifyÌýand develop new business opportunities with prospective clientsÌý
- Utilise Fetch’s 10+ year database and established networks to build talent pipelinesÌý
- Maintain regular communication with both clients and candidates to ensure strong relationships and successful placementsÌý
About you – key requirementsÌý
- 2+ years’ experience in permanent or 360-degree recruitment, ideally within construction or a relatedÌýwhite collarÌýdisciplineÌý
- Experience managing a 360-degree recruitment desk and generating new businessÌý
- A consistent billing history or strong sales performanceÌý
- Strong communicationÌýand relationship-building skillsÌý
- Self-starter with aÌýproactive and self-driven approach to workÌý
