We are seeking a motivated and detail‑focused Adviser Assistant to provide essential administrative and operational support to our advisers and clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long‑term career in financial services/insurance broking within a supportive and professional environment.

About the role

As an Adviser Assistant, you will support advisers with client administration, documentation, and communication, helping deliver a high standard of service while building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Location

Ideally based in one of the following locations:

  • Colac
  • Melbourne
  • Mildura

However, we are open to other locations for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

  • Providing administrative and operational support to advisers
  • Preparing and maintaining client files, records and correspondence
  • Managing client enquiries and acting as a key point of contact
  • Assisting with policy / advice documentation, renewals and updates
  • Supporting claims or service requests and liaising with stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements
  • General office and diary administration as required

About you

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • A positive, team‑focused attitude and willingness to learn
  • Experience in financial services, insurance or professional services is desirable but not essential
