About the RoleÌý

We’reÌýlooking for an AI System Analyst to help us understand, define, and shape how our platform and operations work end-to-end.Ìý

This role sits at the intersection of business,Ìýsystems, and engineering.ÌýYou’llÌýwork across processes, SaaS platforms, integrations, and dataÌýturning real-world operational complexity into clear, structured knowledge that supports both delivery teams and AI-assisted ways of working.Ìý

YouÌýwon’tÌýbe working in isolation or producing static documentation. Instead,Ìýyou’llÌýbe embedded in the work,Ìýpartnering closely with engineers, product, and operational teams to uncover how thingsÌýwork,ÌýidentifyÌýgaps, and bring clarity to ambiguity.Ìý

You’llÌýbe part of a hands-on, genuinely collaborative team of engineers,ÌýsystemÌýthinkersÌýand innovators. Think getting around a whiteboard together, unpacking problems, challenging ideas, and designing solutions as a group. The work is substantive; the problems are challenging; and expectations on the whole Platform team to continue delivering are high.Ìý

This is a hybrid role, balancing in-office collaboration with focused work from home. WhenÌýyou’reÌýin,Ìýyou’llÌýbe based in our modern South Bank office, close to great cafes and restaurants, with easy access to public transport.Ìý

WhatÌýYou’llÌýBe DoingÌý

• Investigating and documenting business processes, workflows, andÌýsystemÌýbehavioursÌý
• Tracing howÌýworkflowsÌýacross SaaS platforms, integrations, APIs, and automationsÌý
• Defining business rules, operational terminology, and data definitionsÌý
• Creating structured, usable knowledge that supports engineering delivery and AI-enabled workflowsÌý
• IdentifyingÌýgaps, inconsistencies, and dependencies acrossÌýsystems and processesÌý
• Collaborating with engineers, product, and stakeholders to ensure shared understanding before deliveryÌý
• Supporting more consistent, scalable ways of working across the platformÌý

About YouÌý

You’reÌýnaturally curious and think inÌýsystems,Ìýyou want to understand how thingsÌýactually work, not just howÌýthey’reÌýsupposed to.ÌýYou’reÌýcomfortable navigating complexity, asking the right questions, and bringing structure to ambiguity.Ìý

You enjoy working closely with both technical and non-technical people, andÌýyou’reÌýconfident moving between operational conversations and technical detail.Ìý

You’llÌýbring:Ìý

• StrongÌýsystems thinking and analytical capabilityÌý
• Experience working across complex operational or SaaS-heavy environmentsÌý
• The ability to translate real-world processes into clear, structured documentationÌý
• Strong written and verbal communication skillsÌý
• Experience working in agile or iterative delivery environmentsÌý
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a focus on quality and clarityÌý

You’reÌýalso energised by AI and actively using AI-assisted tools or working with AI/ML concepts, and excited by how data platforms enable intelligentÌýsystems.Ìý

Bonus points for experience with APIs, integrations, automation tools,ÌýdataÌýor process mapping, or working alongside engineering teams.Ìý
