Key responsibilities:

• Drive sales
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Meet and exceed company targets
• Assist with daily store operations and housekeeping
• Establish and work as part of a collaborative team environment
• EfficientlyÌýand effectively handle customer service inquiries

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Previous retail sales experience
• Experience working with furniture and bedding advantageous but not necessary
• Experience working with sales targets
• ExcellentÌý interpersonal & communication skills
• Good computer literacy
• High standards of in-store presentation
• Enjoy working in a team environment
• Must be available to work mostÌýweekends
