About the Role

As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of store performance, leading from the front to achieve sales targets, inspire your team, and deliver outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
• Drive store sales and consistently achieve (or exceed) KPIs
• Deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience
• Train and mentor team members in sales techniques and product knowledge
• Collaborate with senior leadership to meet business goals
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
• Resolve customer enquiries and issues professionally and efficiently

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in retail sales leadership (furniture experience advantageous but not essential)
• Strong track record of achieving sales and KPI targets
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Solid computer literacy
• Availability to work weekends as required
