About the role

We areÌýseekingÌýa proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our property team. The BDM willÌýbe responsible forÌýdriving growth byÌýidentifyingÌýandÌýacquiringÌýproperties for telecommunications infrastructure. The candidate willÌýbe responsible forÌýbuilding strong relationships with landlords, Strata managers and committeesÌýbyÌýensuring a seamless onboarding process. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a passion for real estateÌýand telecommunicationsÌýand a talent for sales and client engagement.Ìý

Key Responsibilities:Ìý

  • Prospect and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
  • IntroduceÌýleads to the telecommunication network and onboardÌýnew buildings
  • Build andÌýmaintainÌýstrong relationships with property owners,ÌýpropertyÌýinvestors, and developers.
  • Collaborate with theÌýplanning and designÌýteam to ensure smooth onboarding andÌýhandoverÌýof new clients.Ìý
  • Develop and implement strategies toÌýincrease theÌýtake upÌýof infrastructure.Ìý
  • Represent the company at industry events,Ìýinformation sessions, communityÌýfunctionsÌýand committee meetings.ÌýÌý
  • MaintainÌýaccurateÌýrecords of leads, opportunities, and client interactionsÌýin company systems.ÌýÌý
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.Ìý
  • Effectively explain and educate stakeholders on the telecommunication network and how it operatesÌýÌý

Required Qualifications & Experience:Ìý

  • Proven experience in business development,ÌýsalesÌýorÌýtelecommunicationsÌýÌý
  • Strong understanding of the Australian property market and landlord expectations.Ìý
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ìý
  • Technical understanding of how telecommunication access networksÌýoperateÌýand are installed (FTTP desired).Ìý
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.Ìý
  • ProficiencyÌýin CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ìý
  • Valid driver’sÌýlicenceÌýand reliable vehicle.Ìý
