Job Summary:Ìý

We areÌýseekingÌýa proactive and results-drivenÌýproperty professionalÌýto join our property team. TheÌýProperty ConsultantÌýwillÌýbe responsible forÌýdriving growth byÌýidentifyingÌýandÌýacquiringÌýproperties for telecommunications infrastructure. The candidate willÌýbe responsible forÌýbuilding strong relationships with landlords, Strata managers and committeesÌýbyÌýensuring a seamless onboarding process. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a passion for real estateÌýand telecommunicationsÌýand a talent for sales and client engagement.Ìý

Key Responsibilities:Ìý

  • Managing a portfolio of sitesÌýandÌýoverseeingÌýthe full SAEDÌýprocess.
  • Build andÌýmaintainÌýstrong relationships withÌýproperty owners,ÌýStrata ManagersÌýand Owners Corporations.
  • Collaborate with theÌýplanning and designÌýteamÌýto ensure expectations are met toÌýgain approvals to build.
  • Liaise andÌýassistÌýthe build team to gain access for construction activities.
  • Maintain portfolio reports andÌýrecords.Ìý
  • Develop and implement strategies toÌýincrease theÌýtake-upÌýof infrastructure.Ìý
  • Represent the company at industry events,Ìýinformation sessions, communityÌýfunctionsÌýand committee meetings.ÌýÌý
  • MaintainÌýaccurateÌýrecords of leads, opportunities, and client interactionsÌýin company systems.Ìý
  • Effectively explain and educate stakeholders on the telecommunication network and how it operatesÌýÌý
  • Explain and enforceÌýregulatory requirements in line with the Telecommunication Act 1997ÌýÌý

Required Qualifications & Experience:Ìý

  • 2-5ÌýyearsÌýin a property related fieldÌýÌý
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ìý
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • ÌýProficiencyÌýin Microsoft Office Suite.Ìý
  • Valid driver’sÌýlicenseÌýand reliable vehicle.
  • Technical understanding of how telecommunication access networksÌýoperateÌýand are installed (FTTP desired).
  • ÌýBachelor’sÌýDegreeÌýorÌýproven property experienceÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý
