No two days will be the same. From coordinating office supplies and managing records toÌýassistingÌýwith documents, procedures, projects, and day-to-day administrative tasks,Ìýyou’llÌýbecome an integral part of our Head Office team.Ìý

What You’ll Be DoingÌý

  • Providing general administration support across the Head Office teamÌý
  • AssistingÌýwith document preparation, formatting, filing, and record managementÌý
  • Maintaining registers, trackers, and shared administrative resourcesÌý
  • Supporting the maintenance of policies, procedures, forms, and operating manualsÌý
  • AssistingÌýwith data entry and reporting activitiesÌý
  • Supporting customer service and operations teams with administration tasks asÌýrequiredÌý
  • Coordinating office supplies, stationery, and general officeÌýorganisationÌý
  • AssistingÌýwith meeting preparation, room bookings, agendas, and minutesÌý
  • Supporting internal projects and process improvement initiativesÌý
  • Maintaining SharePoint folders, templates, and administrative resourcesÌý
  • Providing administrative coverage during busy periods and team leaveÌý
