With a distribution centre based in Dandenong, Victoria, Glass Outlet is recognised Australia-wide as a leading wholesale supplier of glass, aluminium fencing, balustrading, aluminium screening, shower screens, and accessories.

We focus on supplying complete solutions to the trade only market, giving our customers access to quality products, competitive pricing, and exceptional service all in one place.

We are currently looking for a motivated and customer focused individual to join our Dandenong South team.

No two days are the same, as you will work across customer service, administration, logistics coordination, and sales support while working closely with our warehouse and production teams.

Duties Include

• Preparation of system generated picking and packing reports for warehouse and production teams

• Serving trade customers including processing sales orders, generating invoices, and handling stock enquiries

• Scheduling outgoing freight through internal delivery services and third-party freight providers

• Managing incoming calls and emails relating to orders and general enquiries

• Processing payments including cash, EFTPOS, and credit cards

• General administration duties as required

Skills & Experience

• Experience within building materials and/or logistics would be highly regarded

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Experience using software for sales processing and dispatching goods

• Experience within warehouse distribution and stock movement highly regarded
