About the role

Gerard Malouf & Partners has a great opportunity forÌýan experiencedÌýParalegal to join our busy team situated in our Parramatta & Sydney CBD offices.

Typically, your duties will include but are not limited to:-

• Daily diary management
• Providing a high level of secretarial and administrative assistance: drafting and producing correspondence.
• Assisting with the drafting of Court and related litigation documents generally
• Assisting in the preparation of documents for Local Court, District Court and Supreme Court.
• Filing documents online via electronic platforms/portals
• Liaising with clients, doctors, insurers, solicitors, barristers
• Arranging appointments with clients, doctors, solicitors, barristers
• File and document management oversee and assist with opening and closing files
• General assistance with day-to-day administrative tasks, including some IT support

• Worked in a legal office in recent times
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Attention to detail
• Organised
• Work autonomously
• High level of IT literacy
• A sense of humour
