Role DescriptionÌý
This position contributes to the day-to-day success of Goulburn Options through the management, leadership and delivery of the Programs and Community team, with management responsibilities and direct reporting to the Services Manager.Ìý
Leading by example to provide day-to-day coaching, support, and direction to foster and develop an engaged and effective team,Ìýwhilst providingÌýdaily coordination of participants with disabilities,Ìýin programs & services thatÌýoperateÌýat our day service site and in the community.ÌýÌý
Programs and Community has undergone significant growth, reform and modelling and will continue to be assessed asÌýadditionalÌýgrowth or evolution of support models arise, to ensure itÌýremainsÌýfinancially and operationallyÌýviableÌýand sustainable. This positionÌýis responsible forÌýleading the continued assessment,ÌýreformÌýand responsiveness of the service at a team-level.Ìý
The Team Leader contributes to the success of Goulburn Options with the delivery of Strategic Directions through effective leadership, participant-focused service provision, team development, operational and service excellence and sound financial oversight and planning.Ìý
The Team LeaderÌýis responsible forÌýdelivering necessary changes to meet the long-term needs of all stakeholders and developing a high-functioning team.Ìý
The Team Leader has overall responsibility for the delivery of the Programs and Community Services program in a cost-effective and efficient manner.Ìý

- Lead, support and mentor the Program & Community TeamÌý
- Manage rosters,ÌýworkloadsÌýand day to day team operationsÌý

- Support staff development,ÌýsupervisionÌýand performance conversationsÌý
Quality and complianceÌý
- Ensure adhere to policies and proceduresÌý
- Participate in quality improvement,ÌýaccreditationÌýand audit activitiesÌý
- Manage and respond to incidents and risk reporting requirementsÌý
About youÌý
To be successful in this role, you will bring:Ìý
- Tertiary qualification relevant to Disability ServiceÌý
- DemonstratedÌýexperience in NDIS disability service provision, e.g. provision of programs that are centre or community based.Ìý
- DemonstratedÌýexperience in a leadership position (at least 3 years)Ìý
- DemonstratedÌýexperience in managing monthly and annual service budgetsÌý
- Understanding of quality improvement frameworksÌý
- Strong communicationÌýand interpersonal skillsÌý
