We are seeking two (2) Leading Hands from our team to step up into a leadership role to support quality and on time delivery of projects at Westurn Engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the production team to ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor task/project progress and report on performance against timelines and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all projects.
• Provide training and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Assist in the planning and execution of engineering projects, ensuring resources are allocated effectively across day and night shifts.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in CNC Machining ad manufacturing environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
