  • Keep our records shipshape and our databaseÌý(ACT!)Ìýgleaming,Ìýsafeguarding dataÌýintegrityÌýand confidentiality.Ìý
  • AssistÌýwith coordinating pre-employment and onboarding activities for new team members.Ìý

About YouÌýÌý

  • PreviousÌýexperience in admin, officeÌýsupportÌýor a similar roleÌý
  • Comfortable with tech (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams — and happy to learn new systems)Ìý
  • Organised, reliable and great with detailsÌý
  • Friendly and confident communicating with different peopleÌý
  • Trustworthy and professional when handling sensitive informationÌý
  • Able to juggle tasks and stay calm when things get busyÌý
