About the Role

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Adelaide team. You will be working closely with delivery and operational stakeholders to plan and schedule delivery activities, resources and tasks, supporting Service and Portfolio Delivery Leads, and Program Managers and collating and analysing data for the preparation of submissions and reports. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordination of team, project, release and portfolio activities.
  • Support for service, project, and portfolio delivery.
  • Support continuity of team operation when other roles not available.
  • Baseline data, collation of data and preparation of reports.
  • Administration of service and portfolio delivery software applications.
  • Build effective relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Regularly, and via appropriate channels, communicate progress of initiatives to stakeholders.
  • Recommend continuous improvements in relation to delivery frameworks. Manage continuous improvements where requested.
  • Become familiar with Agile concepts and principles and ensure these are applied to delivery.

About You

  • Certification/membership of Project Management special interest group(s) (desirable).
  • Experience in Project Management favourable but not essential.
  • Experience in Software Development Lifecycle favourable but not essential.
  • Experience in lean-agile and ITSM delivery principles favourable but not essential.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
