We are seeking an Accessories Specialist who plays a critical role in the PDI Centre, ensuring seamless coordination of accessory fitment and efficient handling of warranty claims. This position supports operational excellence by aligning accessory processes with customer delivery timelines and maintaining compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee accessory fitment scheduling and workflow across the PDI Centre.
  • Manage warranty claim processes, including documentation, supplier liaison, and resolution tracking.
  • Collaborate with PDI Team, sales, and delivery teams to integrate accessory fitment
  • Ensure all accessory installations and warranty claims meet safety, quality, and compliance requirements.
  • Provide regular reporting on accessory operations, warranty outcomes, and support month‑end processes.
  • Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders to streamline operations and resolve issues promptly
