Description

As a Client Consultant, you will be responsible for a portfolio of Self-Managed Super Fund (SMSF) clients. You will act as the first point of contact for clients, handling enquiries, coordinating requests, maintaining accurate client and fund records, and ensuring administrative, compliance, and billing processes are completed efficiently. The role also supports business growth by identifying opportunities to introduce clients to additional services and works closely with Accountants and the Client Services Manager to deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing client enquiries and providing timely updates and support.
  • Coordinating service requests and supporting the efficient delivery of SMSF administration services.
  • Maintaining accurate client and fund records across internal systems.
  • Supporting compliance, tax, reporting and billing activities.
  • Identifying opportunities for clients to benefit from additional Heffron services.
  • Working closely with Accountants and the Client Services Manager to achieve positive client outcomes.
