About the Role
This is a key leadership role within Hidrive’ s Design & Engineering function, reporting
directly to the Chief Revenue Officer. The Group Engineering Manager will lead
the Engineering department across Design Engineering and Innovation, ensuring
alignment to business strategy, revenue growth and customer outcomes. You will play a critical role in enabling the business to “realise the need of the mobile workforce” by driving
high-quality engineering outcomes, fostering collaboration and ensuring
efficient use of resources across teams.
This role is suited to a commercially minded engineering leader who thrives in a fast-paced
manufacturing environment and can translate technical capability into customer
and business value.

About You
Minimumrequirementsand experience:
- Tertiary qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 5+ Years of experience in a management role
- 3+ Years of experience in a trade-orientated vocation, preferable but not essential
- Responsibility for profit & loss (P&L)
- Risk and Change management
