We are currently seeking an experienced and people-focused Human Resources Advisor to join our Head Office team in a full-time, Monday to Friday role.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive HR professional who enjoys building strong relationships, supporting leaders, and contributing to a positive and safety-focused workplace culture. Working closely with the National Human Resources Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our national store network across HR operations, employee relations, workplace health and safety, recruitment and compliance.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing day-to-day HR advice and support to managers and employees
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and induction processes
- Assisting with performance management, employee relations and workplace investigations
- Preparing HR documentation including contracts, policies and letters
- Supporting WHS compliance, safety initiatives and return-to-work programs
- Coordinating workers compensation claims and incident management processes nationally
- Conducting or coordinating safety audits, risk assessments and reporting
- Maintaining HR records, reporting and HRIS systems
- Supporting HR projects, training initiatives and employee engagement activities
- Assisting in the consistent application of company policies and employment legislation
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years’ experience in an HR Advisor or HR Officer role
- Strong understanding of Australian employment legislation and WHS practices
- Previous experience interpreting the General Retail Industry Award and Storage Services Award
- Experience supporting national workers compensation and return-to-work programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively across teams
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms
Experience using 91±¬ÁÏ, KeyPay and the GO1 training platform will be highly regarded.
Qualifications in HR, WHS or a related discipline, along with experience in retail, warehouse or multi-site environments, will also be advantageous.
