WhatÌýyou’llÌýbe doingÌý
Responsibilities include:Ìý
- Design and analyse mechanical structures and systems forÌýcutting-edgeÌýhypersonic vehiclesÌýÌý
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure structural integrity,ÌýperformanceÌýand reliability.ÌýÌý
- Use advanced simulation and analysis tools to evaluate performance underÌýdifferentÌýoperating conditions.ÌýÌý
- Contribute to innovative technologies and process improvements that enhance vehicle capability and efficiency.Ìý
- Work closely with senior engineers, while managing external partners and suppliers asÌýrequiredÌýÌý

To hit the ground running in this role,Ìýyou’llÌýneed:Ìý
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering.Ìý
- 4+ years of experience in mechanical systems design and simulation in the aerospace sector.ÌýÌý
- Strong technical background in mechanical design and analysis, including experience with computer simulations and analysis tools.Ìý
- Experience withÌýaircraftÌýdesign.Ìý
- Experience with design for production.Ìý
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Ìý
- Ability to obtain any applicable security clearance or background checks.Ìý
- Right to live and work in Australia.Ìý
