The OpportunityÌý

´¡²õÌý´Ç³Ü°ùÌýPeople & CultureÌýAdministrator,Ìýyou’llÌýplay a key role in shapingÌýourÌýemployee experience — supporting our people at every stage of their journey, from onboarding through to ongoing development.Ìý

This is a hands-onÌýentry level role thatÌýwould suit a student or recent Graduate. YouÌýwillÌýkeep the engine running behind our people operationsÌýandÌýown the administration that holds the P&C function together — HRIS and employment documentation, onboarding, training coordination, talent attraction, andÌýaccurateÌýHR reporting. It suits someone who’s organised, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoys making things work well in an environment where the pace is high and no two weeks are the same.Ìý

Please note that we are happy to consider part-time arrangements for a final-year student looking to work part-time whilst completing their studies.

WhatÌýyou’llÌýbe doingÌý

Responsibilities include:Ìý

  • MaintainÌýaccurate, confidential employee records in the HRIS.Ìý
  • Support theÌýemployee lifecycleÌýby preparingÌýemploymentÌýdocumentation,ÌýtrackingÌýprobation,Ìýsupporting ourÌýEmployee Share Scheme administration,ÌýandÌýoffboarding.Ìý
  • Manage the P&C teamÌýinboxesÌýand respond toÌýroutineÌýqueries from employees and managers.Ìý
  • RunÌýmonthly HR reports andÌýcompleteÌýcompliance audits.Ìý
  • SupportÌýtalent attraction — prepare position descriptions, post job ads,Ìýmanage the ATS, talent poolsÌý/Ìýpipelines and coordinate pre-employment checks.Ìý
  • Support delivery ofÌýa connected onboarding experience — from preboarding through induction, system access, and first-day setup.Ìý
  • CoordinateÌýtraining & developmentÌýlogisticsÌý— bookings, comms, attendance — andÌýmaintainÌýthe company training register.Ìý
  • Shape the team experience —ÌýsupportÌýemployee recognitionÌýincentives,Ìýcoordinate merchandise,Ìýsupport internal team events andÌýinternal communications.Ìý
  • Contribute to P&C continuous improvement — policy updates, SharePoint upkeep, and process documentation.Ìý

  • Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and self-direct in ambiguous situations.Ìý
  • Strong attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy across all written documentation.Ìý
  • Discreet and trustworthy, with a mature approach to handling confidential information.Ìý
  • Ability to obtain any applicable security clearance or background checks.Ìý
