WhatÌýyou’llÌýbe doingÌý
Responsibilities include:Ìý
- Contribute to the end-to-endÌýdevelopment of real-time software for hypersonic vehicles. Ìý
- SupportÌýsystems engineering activities,ÌýrefiningÌýand validatingÌýsoftware requirements.Ìý
- Conduct flight control computer testingÌýand verification of test data.ÌýÌý
- Collaborate with cross-functionalÌýengineering teams toÌýdesign, integrate and test our hypersonic vehicles.Ìý
- Work under the direction of theÌýLeadÌýGNC, SW and AvionicsÌýEngineer and manage sub-contracted work asÌýrequired.Ìý

WhatÌýyou’llÌýbringÌý
To hit the ground running in this role,Ìýyou’llÌýneed:Ìý
- Bachelor’s or master’sÌýdegree in software engineering, computerÌýscience or a related field.Ìý
- 3+ years’Ìýexperience in software design and verification. Ìý
- DemonstratedÌýunderstanding of hardware communication protocols including Serial, CAN and ethernet. Ìý
- Experience with C and C++ programming languages. Ìý
- Experience working with and developing real-time software. Ìý
- Experience with Real Time Operating Systems (RTOS) or soft real-time systems (Linux based).  Ìý
- Familiarity with systems engineering processes, developing integration and test procedures, and performing both software and system testing. Ìý
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment. Ìý
- ProficiencyÌýin Microsoft Office applications.Ìý
- Ability to obtain any applicable security clearance or background checks.Ìý
- Right to live and work in Australia.Ìý
